SERVICES
Physiotherapy is a broad profession - here's a little bit about what I do.
CHRONIC HEADACHE AND MIGRAINE MANAGEMENT
Chronic headache and migraine sufferers have often been through challenging, life-long journeys. It's not uncommon to hear stories of diagnostic tests indicating "nothing's wrong", friends advising "you're not drinking enough water" or a crippling list of never-ending pharmaceuticals.
In my experience, understanding the complex, multi-factorial nature of these challenging conditions is the key to formulating an effective recovery strategy. It requires diligent analysis of the human mind, body and spirit, and how they intricately mesh together. Doing that, starts with compassionate, authentic listening - to truly understand the story.

HIGH PERFORMANCE AND LIFESTYLE OPTIMIZATION

Professional athletes often demonstrate the apex of what humans can achieve as a result of optimizing the mind, body and spirit. Similarly, I believe everyone should be aiming for self-mastery and achieving the best versions of themselves.
My optimization mindset is the product of proactive health and lifestyle medicine, combined with experience in professional sport. I am passionate about sharing this mindset and enabling all individuals, to realize their best health and performance.
INJURY ASSESSMENT AND REHABILITATION
No problem is ever too big or small. Nobody should be living in pain or with dysfunction, especially if something can be done about it.
That said, physiotherapy is a varied profession; thus, I try to dedicate my energy to become an expert in the areas I am most passionate about.
